Four stores, more than 20 employees, a great success with the public.
Yet, something wasn't right:
The revenues did not reflect the efforts, there never seemed to be enough time.
We stopped. We have analyzed the situation.
We found three problems that were holding back our growth:
Manual log management was a real nightmare:
filling in and out of goods by hand took too long, so much so that these often key steps were skipped. And do you know what that means? Chaos and confusion!
Delegating work was impossible:
how to effectively control what was coming product? How to monitor sales flows? Everything was too laborious, and that mattered to us chained to daily operations.
Staff training was a black hole:
or we invested precious time and resources in training new collaborators (risking losing everything when they left), or we had to do everything ourselves. A dead end!
How to solve all of this?

But after endless searches, nothing:

It was 2008, this is how FaccioBuono was born:

But we didn't stop. Our family is still growing.
