We stopped. We analyzed the situation.

We found three problems that were holding back our growth:

manually recording incoming and outgoing goods took too much time, so often these fundamental steps were skipped. And you know what that means? Chaos and confusion!

Delegating work was impossible:

how to effectively check what was being produced? How to monitor sales flows? Everything was too laborious, and this kept us chained to daily operations.

Staff training was a black hole:

either we invested precious time and resources to train new collaborators (risking losing everything when they left), or we had to do everything ourselves. A dead end!
